a.  Elegibility Requirements

  1. General.  Awarded to officer and enlisted personnel of the United States Navy and Marine Corps.
  2. Specific
    • For Navy and Marine Corps personnel assigned to U.S. homeported ships/deploying units/commands, 12 months accumulated sea duty (performed in commissioned vessels or units which operate away from their homeport/homebase for extended periods) which includes at least one 90 consecutive day deployment.
